Aepona Device Management System Business Acquired by mFormation Technologies Inc

Acquisition provides mFormation with an expanded Customer portfolio and additional software expertise

Edison, NJ – January 3, 2006 – mFormation Technologies Inc., the global leader in the rapidly growing market for mobile device management (MDM), has today announced it has acquired Aepona (England) Ltd, the leading supplier of MDM for over the air (OTA) settings and automatic device configuration.  Aepona (England) Ltd is a subsidiary company of Aepona Group Ltd, the Northern Ireland headquarted Irish software company.

Together, mFormation and Aepona deliver MDM solutions to over 20 independent Network Operators, such as Centennial, Meteor, RCC, Rogers, T-Mobile, Vodafone, Vodafone Japan and other Tier 1 Operators.
