Sales Engineer team member supporting technical sales activities. Day to day job includes:

Required:
• Four or more years experience with security systems and security products
• Previous (3 or more years) experience in customer facing activities including technical product sales engineer activities.
• Experience with Firewall Auditing and Network Access Control mechanisms
• Experience in risk assessment / risk management / risk consulting.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with network devices (firewalls, routers, Load Balancers).
• Knowledge of vulnerability scanners (e.g. Nessus, Qualys, NCircle).
• Knowledge of Information Security Standards (ISO7799, COBIT, PCI etc.)

Location: This position is based in Israel
Description of Duties:
Take full ownership on Zend’s servers, network infrastructure and lead the IT Team. Maintain Windows (and some Linux) systems, implementation of company policies on data security, back-up, software installations and licensing, servers and workstations installation and managing the company’s network and firewall infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Zend’s IT team to ensure site to site connectivity and corporate systems (email, DNS, VPN, WAN).
• Provide service for end users – manage software/hardware errors.
• Maintain the office Servers and critical business services.
• Maintaining peripheral device (Printers, phones, etc.).
Required:
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Active Directory 2008 and Exchange 2010) products.
• Excellent knowledge of installation, configuration and maintenance of desktops, laptops and servers hardware.
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization.
• Knowledge in networking, in particular Cisco IOS and Cisco ASA products. Experienced in site to site VPN, VPN client configuration, NAT policies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team and successfully handle multiple tasks, in a dynamic professional environment, while under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills with regards to keeping track of account details, asset inventory, etc...
• Must have - good communication skills, both in Hebrew and English and strong customer service skills.
• Self learning skills and the desire to know more.
Desired:
• Experience with high-volume datasets and MySQL backup and replication.
• Knowledge in monitoring tools such as Nagios, Cacti, Gomez, etc.
• UNIX\Linux Scripting.
