• VP & General Manager of the LAN Systems Group at Lucent, playing a key role in the significant growth of Lucent’s LAN Switches business, and later (2000) when the Enterprise Switching division was spun off as Avaya; there he was responsible for generating several hundreds of millions of dollars in revenues for LAN and WAN switches for the wireline/wireless enterprise market
• Joined Lannet Data Communication and served in various R&D management positions (1992) and held the company’s post of CTO when Lannet was purchased by Lucent Technologies in 1998
• Served in various technical and management positions in the Israeli Aircraft Industries (1986-1992)
• B.Sc., Mathematics & Computer Science, Tel Aviv University
• Major and Fighter Pilot in the Israeli Air Force for 19 years
